What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free with domestic orders.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-6 days
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping internationally.
Can I track my package?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
My package is lost, can I receive a refund?
Once the package is confirmed as shipped and we have provided tracking information to you via email, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not received. We recommend providing a shipping address you feel confident is secure and where you have not had issues receiving mail previously.
My package arrived damaged, can I receive a replacement?
Absolutely. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within one week of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and a photo of the item in the state it was received.
Can I return my deck?
We accept returns, but your return cannot be used and must be in its original condition and shipped back in its original packaging within one week of when you receive your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
What kind of materials are used for production?
All paper is printed on eco-friendly, recycled paper.
